Bethany Beach, Delaware Real Estate
But do not be led into thinking this area is all quiet and no fun. On the contrary, you will find many of the usual attractions such as a boardwalk, restaurants, summer vacation homes, motels and of course a gorgeous beach. We all have our preferences when it comes to what we want for a trip or vacation by the ocean. Obviously, lots of people love the hustle and bustle found just north at Rehoboth. But there are still plenty of folks who want something a little quieter and perhaps more natural and beautiful. That is part of the allure of Bethany Beach and not only for a trip to the beach but also for prized resort style real estate. Despite the relatively small size of Bethany Beach, the town has worked to offer various services for residents and anyone who may have a need. For example, there is a town emergency medical center operated by the Beebe Medical Center of Lewes Delaware which is north of Rehoboth Beach. There is a town library which is called the South Coastal Library. Other common small town elements include a community center and a town hall. Bethany Beach real estate has its own unique draw and will appeal to those who love a natural beach resort type of setting but with a quiet and secluded feel. As always, if you are ever in the mood for something more fast-paced, then you can get that with just a short drive either north or south. Rehoboth Beach has all the typical summer time fun at all hours of the day and night during the summer. Then, just a short drive south is Ocean City Maryland which is distinctly different from life in Bethany.
